Our corporate administration provides world class support for our network of world wide resellers and nationwide client services teams. They ensure our commitment to provide the highest level quality of product and service in the areas of audit, analysis, design and installation of lighting systems through asserting our core values of Honesty, Integrity, Communication, and Respect in every aspect of our business, to our internal customers (our employees) and our external customers (YOU)

Sales:
Our sales division is comprised of two teams.

The Daylite Major Account Team dedicated to the sales and support of our residential product line, the DayLite solar tubes.

The Daylite Sales Engineers are a team of experts who specialize in our commercial product line of SkyLites. They work at coordinating efforts with the client, and our internal technical and project management teams, to ensure each client’s need is fulfilled exactly as they had anticipated.

Client Services:
Our Client Services Team is dedicated to the support of all of our sales teams. As information facilitators, they specialize in customer service and support. Identifying every detail within the process with a customer they manage all the information and paper work with impeccable accuracy and etiquette. They are responsible for all preparation and distribution of all documents for our client’s projects. Contractor pay requests, change order request / approvals, accounts receivable and payables.

Technical Services:
Technical Services is responsible for preparation of all the new and retro-fit specifications for our clients across the nation. Our technical services department (CAD department) is responsible for verifying collected data, then drawing all plans and special details related to initial evaluation, new and retro-fit projects.

Project Management:
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Also coordinates procedures, equipment, and techniques to develop construction procedures, quality assurance, and certification criteria.
